What is the cancelation policy?

For any changes you would like to make to your booking whether it be a cancelation or reschedule, a 24 hour notice is required.

We understand that things happen (illness, traffic, etc), but please be advised that any changes made within the 24 hours are subject to a late cancelation fee for 50% of your service.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session will be shortened accordingly or we may not be able to complete the full service. In such cases, the appointment may be treated as a No-Show and subject to the applicable fee.

No-Shows will be charged in full.
